The Bad Plus is an American jazz trio that formed in Columbia, Missouri, in 2000. The group’s members are pianist Ethan Iverson, bassist Reid Anderson, and drummer Dave King. The group is known for its innovative and often unconventional approach to jazz, as well as its use of rock and pop elements in its music.
The Bad Plus has released thirteen studio albums, the most recent of which, Never Stop II, was released in 2020. The group has also been nominated for four Grammy Awards, winning one for the album These Are the Vistas in 2003.
The Bad Plus is currently on tour in support of its latest album, Never Stop II. The tour will make stops in cities across the United States, including New York, Los Angeles, Boston, and Chicago.
